You may know me as Lumin, a pole dancer and fringe show performer just like you. I am known for my bold stage impact and extreme flexibility tricks.

I am also Rodger, a scientist and science communicator, who has worked in the labs, played with soil, plants, sea water and tissue samples.

This is the space where my worlds meet. I synthesise research in health, psychology, performance science and much more, and organise them into pieces that are relevant to us. I post weekly 90-second videos on questions I have received over years of training and performing, from beginners to elite levels, but too busy to search the answers to. So I have done that for you.
